The content here is general information, not advice on your specific situation. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship or a contractual commitment. Engagement terms are agreed in writing per project.

Scope of services

Every engagement is defined by a written scope. Where testing is involved we require written authorisation from the owner of the systems in scope, naming the objective, the boundaries and emergency contacts on both sides. We do not begin testing without it.

What we do not promise

Security work reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. In particular we cannot promise outcomes that depend on a third party, including takedown times with registrars and platforms, decisions of any regulator, or whether a court admits particular evidence. Where an engagement description mentions those, it describes what we do, not a guaranteed result.

Confidentiality

Findings from an engagement belong to you. We do not name clients, sectors or engagements in a way that identifies them without written permission, which is why this site carries no client list and no case studies.

Intellectual property

Where we build software for you, you own it unless we agree otherwise in writing. Licence obligations for any open source we build on are documented up front. The content and branding of this website remain ours.

Liability

Liability is set in the engagement contract for the work in question. For this website, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of general information published here.

Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are set in the engagement contract for the work in question. The governing law for this website is pending confirmation by counsel.
